This policy describes what Fraga (built by Cycomverse) actually stores and how it's handled, in plain terms.
What we store
When you message Fraga on WhatsApp, we store your WhatsApp phone number and the content of the memories you explicitly ask Fraga to save — notes, tasks, dates, and facts you tell it. This is personal data, and some of it may be sensitive depending on what you choose to save. It is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database, alongside a numeric representation (an embedding) of each memory's content used to power search.
What we don't log
The content of your memories is never written to general application logs — only operational metadata (things like token counts, response time, and which tool ran) is logged, for reliability and cost monitoring.
Who can access it
Your memories are scoped to your account at the database query level — a request for your data is always filtered by your user record, not fetched broadly and filtered after the fact. Internal team access for support and product observability is limited to authenticated Cycomverse team members.
How to delete your data
You can ask Fraga to delete any individual memory directly in the chat. Message us via the contact page to request deletion of your entire account and its associated data.
