Why we built Fraga inside WhatsApp, not next to it.

Fraga is built by Cycomverse. The starting observation was simple: most people already write down the things they don't want to forget — a landlord's number, a renewal date, a task — somewhere in a chat with themselves, a note-to-self, or a message to a friend they never send. That information already lives inside a conversation. It didn't need a new app; it needed a place that already listens.

WhatsApp is where that conversation already happens for most of the world. Fraga meets people there instead of asking them to download something new, create an account, or learn a menu system. You save a memory the way you'd tell a friend, and you get it back the way you'd ask one.

Under the hood, Fraga runs as a WhatsApp-connected assistant that stores each memory alongside a semantic index, so search works on meaning rather than exact phrasing. It only saves what you explicitly ask it to save, and it's built to tell you honestly when something didn't work — a small design choice that matters a lot once you're trusting it with things you actually care about remembering.

Fraga is early. What's live today is intentionally narrow — save, search, update, delete — built and tested end to end before adding anything else.
